Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving physician approval. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard shipping within the United States takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Methods

  • Tracked Shipping: Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once the package is dispatched.
  • Discreet Packaging: All medications are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents or the sender’s nature of business.

Refund Policy

Due to federal pharmaceutical regulations, Fioricet 40mg cannot accept returns on medications that have been dispensed and shipped. However, we will issue a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives with damaged packaging or compromised medication, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a medication that differs from what you ordered, notify us immediately and we will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
  • Non-Delivery: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or provide a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs (if applicable)

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
